We offer multiple different packages to fit all individual needs.  Choose the best fit for you from the following options:

Boot Camp 

This program is created for all individuals and can be modified to all fitness levels. It is designed to be a group physical program with a variety of different exercises, to build strength, increase cardio endurance, quickness and lose body fat. It will be held Indoor and Outdoor and has exercises similar to CrossFit routines, and can help people to get into a regular exercise routine with a team atmosphere.

Basketball Skills

This program is designed for all individuals from youth to adult to improve there basic fundamentals of basketball, as well as perfecting there skills to advance to the next level.  You will strengthen any weaknesses to maximize your performance and become a better competitor on and off the courts.

Speed, Agility, & Quickness

This program is designed for athletes of all sports to improve their speed, agility, and quickness as well as overall performance in their specific sport.  It may be indoor or outdoors depending on specific needs and will challenge various aspects of the body to not only maximize performance, but also preventing injuries.

Kickboxing

This program is for any individuals looking to learn about the base of martial arts or just looking for a great cardio mix in their routines.  It is a great stress reliever that will also help you develop skills in combat or self defensive methods while improving reflexes.  It also challenges your balance and fast-twitch muscles.
